3 months and 14 days left till I leave..
Here’s a little refresher if you forgot what I was doing or you are new to my blog:
I am going on a 3 month mission trip to Nicaragua, Panama, Guatemala. Where I’ll be spreading the love of Christ as best I can while helping support the communities I’ll be missioning. From helping with the kids, to teaching english, to helping build, to picking up trash, we are going to serve the places God has called us to. That is exactly why I am going on this mission trip. Not only do I feel called to mission in Central America but I also want to serve God’s people not just locally but all over the world. God calls us to loved our neighbor and to serve his kingdom. I don’t know what those 3 months will hold for me and God’s kingdom but what i do know is i’m so thankful He has put it in my heart. I also am so thankful for people like you! Who God has called to support me during that time and now has I prepare!
3 months away but 3 months here…
Has if not knowing what God will do while i’m gone for 3 months isn’t already nudging at my self-controlling flesh but I also have no idea what these 3 months I have left are gonna hold. I honestly can’t even believe I have been on this journey since February! But if that has taught me anything, its that: Only God can tell what the future holds. No matter how many hours or lunch dates I spent planning out the numbers and doing the math for fundraising was ever going to catch up to what God knows. I didn’t know in February that I would have worked at a Christian Summer Camp or even Intern under my church’s youth ministry but God knew. God knew I needed to do these things before I went on mission because I wouldn’t have been the person I am today or know the things I know now (things i’ve learned in the past months even the past few weeks). These next 3 months, I have a feeling I’ll learn even more about God, Jesus, The Holy spirit, and God’s people. Even more so, i’ll learn about who I am in God’s eyes and what he has for me. And if you can’t tell i’m really excited about it! I’m excited because these next 3 months are big months for me. I’ll try and keep you guys updated as much as I can!

With all of that being said, I still would love your guys support during each set of 3 months! I really need support in prayer: prayers in safety, health, encouragement, motivation in the word, maturity, discernment. I also need support in gear: in the next couple weeks i’ll be sending out a list of gear I need for trip! I would really appreciated the support in helping me finance those gears. I also would appreciate the support in community; I just wanna met with you guys are supporting me! I believe there is a reason why God has you personally supporting me! and I love God for that!
